Overview

This specialized equipment is designed for the final vacuum sealing of lithium pouch cells and removal of airbag edges. The automated process begins with manual placement of battery cells on the turntable feeding mechanism, with battery orientation facing downward. The system utilizes a 3-position turntable that rotates 120 degrees per cycle, sequentially moving batteries through edge sealing, trimming, and final unloading stations.
