The BMS testing system is designed to verify whether the functional indicators of power battery protection panels fall within specified parameter ranges, providing comprehensive testing standards for technical staff. It is primarily used by protection board manufacturers and power battery manufacturers for quality assurance testing.
The instrument features an overall aluminum alloy casing free from damage and cracks, with no visible marks on the exterior. The operation panel is flat and smooth without any raised markings.
Operating power supply requires AC 220V input with fluctuation range of 170-260V. Operating temperature range: -10°C to 40°C. Operating humidity: 10% to 90%. Maximum power consumption of 600W occurs only under high test current conditions.
The instrument requires connection to a computer for operation, with standard office computer hardware configuration. System requirements include XP or Windows 7. The instrument and computer connect via industrial standard 232 interface. Offline operation is possible, but test results cannot be saved.

Overcharge Protection Voltage: Maximum delay time of 10s (configurable up to 60s). Uses precision testing with gradual voltage increase method (5mV steps) for accurate battery characteristic simulation.
Charge Recovery Voltage: Fully simulates recovery characteristics after normal charging and charging protection, testing whether circuit boards can recover with or without charger disconnection.
Overdischarge Protection Voltage: Utilizes voltage gradually decreasing mode with step voltage and timing similar to overcharge protection testing.
Overdischarge Recovery Voltage: Simulates recovery characteristics under load and no-load conditions to ensure proper battery protection functionality.
Over Discharge Current: Employs current step-by-step increasing mode (0.5A steps) with load removal after protection to verify normal recovery.
Short Circuit Protection: Simulates instantaneous short circuit of electric core, accurately capturing protection reflection time with unique capability for very large instantaneous currents.
Single Section Self Consumption: Tests current consumed by each cell, enabling easy comparison of multiple strings.
Total Self Consumption: Measures current flowing through the total B-position circuit.
