• Ventilation Structure: Battery structure features ventilation design with minimum 2mm spacing between adjacent batteries, secured using plastic brackets for stability.
• Precision Spot Welding: Utilizes slotted nickel strips sized for high current discharge requirements. Nickel strip material ensures low internal resistance. Spot welding machines maintain stable operation with quality welding needles. Operators are certified through training and examination. Post-welding inspection verifies joint strength, with vibration testing conducted for each batch to validate anti-vibration performance.
• Life Cycle Testing: Different battery batches are assembled into typical finished products for comprehensive life testing. Battery pack design specifications are refined based on actual cycle life data obtained from testing.
