RWe chose the COENG glove box for a battery materials development workspace requiring controlled-atmosphere handling and frequent transfers of small samples and laboratory tools. The large antechamber with its sliding tray, together with a separate small antechamber, was particularly relevant to our workflow. Penny worked through our material list, solvent use and utility requirements with us. We also discussed the regeneration function and the solvent adsorption module with its 7 kg activated carbon charge. Her explanation of the configuration and the items requiring technical confirmation helped us prepare a clearer installation and acceptance plan.

AOur project involved sourcing equipment for a university battery research laboratory. We needed a single-station glove box with gas purification, water and oxygen monitoring, and an English-language control interface. Penny coordinated the technical discussions and helped us compare the proposed configuration with the laboratory’s purchasing requirements. We reviewed the 2020 × 850 × 1900 mm overall dimensions for installation planning and checked the transfer chambers against the intended sample sizes. The COENG configuration brought the workspace, monitoring and purification functions together in one equipment package, making it easier to define our procurement scope.
