This professional spot welding machine is designed for 18650 battery pack tab welding, capable of welding nickel tabs with thickness from 0.05-0.20mm. Ideal for precision manufacturing applications.

Features dual pulse welding technology where the first pulse removes surface coatings and oxides while creating slight deformation for better contact area, and the second pulse performs the actual metal welding. This process enhances weld quality and reduces spatter.
