The stacking robot handles material loading and unloading from the gluing equipment conveyor line, performing stacking operations according to module recipes in series-parallel sequences. This flexible approach accommodates various module combinations with different series-parallel configurations.
Stacking proceeds from bottom to top with alternating cells and insulating plates, beginning with the first cell, followed by the first insulating plate, and continuing to the final cell. During stacking, a downward pressing and beating mechanism simultaneously pre-presses and fixes components.
The gripper, controlled by the robot, features photoelectric induction for precise cell placement. The module stacking platform employs a fixed-slope dual-station design with dual clamps per station, enabling simultaneous placement of two cells. While Station A performs stacking, Station B synchronously handles pre-extrusion movement tasks, with alternating stations maximizing stacking and movement efficiency.
