Our Solution: A High-Performance Line Designed for Adaptability
We proposed our fully automated Prismatic Lithium Battery Production Line, emphasizing its ability to produce cells with LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry, which is ideal for the Indian market due to its superior thermal stability and long lifespan .

Idea & Design: Our engineers collaborated with EnerG Bharat's team in Bengaluru. Given the local climate insights—where temperatures regularly exceed 40°C—we prioritized configuring the line to maintain ultra-low humidity levels in the dry room, critical for electrode stability. The design phase focused on producing 100 Ah to 314 Ah cells, suitable for both EVs and BESS .

Procurement: EnerG Bharat's leadership visited our facilities and a reference installation in South Korea, known for its advanced manufacturing standards . Impressed by the line's precision and our rigorous quality control, they placed an order for the core equipment, including the Auto Double Sides Slot Die Coating Machine and the critical Auto Stacking Machine, which is essential for prismatic cell performance.
